My client keeps reporting login issues. They are using an email and password and are getting this message.

So they are currently unable to use lighthouse. Any tips that I can tell them? I am a bit stumped.

It may, or may not, have something to do with puting something into the OpenID field, then swapping to an email/password form and entering those as well. The OpenID doesnt get cleared and causes some strangeness. This seems like a legitimate bug.

What is the email they are trying to login with?

She says switched to Firefox and got in OK. I believe she was using Safari before, not sure what version just yet. I'm trying to get the info.

This is the email she is using: [email blocked]

Account she is logging into: beautifulpixel.lighthouseapp.com Project ID: 30781
