How to reinstate a dormant account?

We used lighthouse when it was new, and we want to give it another go. I tried logging in to my old account, but am getting an error "Oops you need to be a member of this account".

I presume that's because we deactivated- we'd like to reactivate, and we're engineyard customers, we we'd set it up that way.

The account was for: thepoint.lighthouseapp.com

What steps do I need to take to get that back using our engineyard creds?

    Hey Ken,

    I've gone ahead and made this discussion private since there are account details listed here.

    It looks as if http://thepoint.lighthouseapp.com/ is still active. There is a 2nd account, http://thepointapp.lighthouseapp.com which was deleted at some point and is currently inactive.

    There is only one member of thepoint.lighthouseapp though, [email blocked]

    As far as Engine Yard goes, please contact them and they will send the appropriate confirmation to us to get that Engine Yard plan set up for you.
