Can not create tickets
We are trying to create tickets and getting an error page:
"Sorry, you've stumbled on an error
It looks like you've stumbled on an error. We've been notified of the problem."

Correct, we had a spike in long-running database queries, but it should be all fixed now. Sorry for this. I've made some adjustments to prioritize the frontend queries like creating tickets.
