Remove user from account?
I must be missing something obvious, but how do I remove a user from my Lighthouse account so I can add someone else?

First thing: You can't remove yourself and you can't remove the account owner (if you did that, who would pay?)
You can remove other account members from the People tab, and you can remove project members from the members tab of a specific project. Though, there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to remove project members from the people tab, so I'll probably be adding those links soon.

Sorry to be an idiot, but I don't see where/how on the "Members" page you can remove an account member. I don't want to delete myself (the account owner), but i'm trying to delete another user I had setup as a test (it's my other email address).

You delete account members from the People page. Perhaps that's confusing? I'm not sure why the tabs are named differently. The People tab as it is now show all members of the account and all of your projects. The Members tab is focused on the current project.

I had the same problem. Turns out you can't remove people from the people tab (not that I can see). What I had to do to remove a user was to remove them from the only project they were assigned to. Then the user went poof! I don't think that's the best design, though -- I might want to keep the user around to assign to a different project. Also, I might have a user who is assigned to several projects and I just want to delete them and, hence, remove them from all projects. It would be great if we could disable a user login, too (which could then potentially be reenabled later).

Oops! I spoke too soon. The person was removed from the People tab (and removed from the account member count, which went from 6 to 5 when I did the above), but they can still be added as a member. This sounds like a bug or two. Specifically:

It keeps past members listed in case you want to re-add them. Perhaps they leave one project and move on to another? I think we could probably mark those user options somehow and highlight that they aren't members that currently have access.

I have a problem... I added someone but the email sent out to them never came through (he has an msn.com account) . So the option to remove someone completely and add them again or resend the email to them would be cool.

I have the same issue! I want to update a user's e-mail address (made a typo the first time around), or delete and re-add. How is this done? I tried unchecking the "member" box, but they still appear in the list and take up one of my 10 available slots. Any thoughts? Seems like this should be straight forward but I don't see it anywhere.

There is currently a bug in the system somewhere. Please email [email blocked] with the delations (account name, name you want deleted, anything else relevant) and RIck will have to do it manually till the issue is updated with the next LH push.
