Hello. In an individual project, when I search: for "state:open" I find all the sub-items of open (new, open, and any custom open ticket statuses I created).

However, when I try that same search in the global tickets section, it returns only those tickets whose state is exactly "open", not "new", or any of the tags I've created (ie. "reopened")

I'm 99% sure this was working yesterday when I tried, but either way it seems to be a bug.

    Any progress on this issue?I sent in a similar request about Global
    Ticket bins and understand that is more complicated but this should be
    a quicker fix hopefully?

    I'm sorry, we dont have this tweaked just yet. It's right near the top of the list though. You can search for multiple states till we have a fix available, state:open state:new etc.

    thanks for the update, that's what we've been doing but am looking
    forward to it (esp. since there aren't global ticket bins yet ;)

    I can't really promise a timeline on a global dashboard, we have a number of things to figure out before we get to that point. But It's def something we are aiming towards.
