Global Ticket Bins
When trying to create ticket bins in the global/account section, it doesn't work. I can search & filter tickets across all projects perfectly, When I click the "Save search?" link, the area comes up and I can give it a label, etc. When I click the Save It button, nothing happens

Such functionality does not exist yet in Lighthouse. For now Saves searches can only be on a per project level. We deployed the feature slightly premature due to demand and the needed function of http://iphone.lighthouseapp.com so there are a few bugs.
We'll be removing the option to save the search in the next update to Lighthouse, at least till we move towards a more universal dashboard.

Is there an estimate on when this will be available? This would be a
huge boost to my team, as we mostly operate in the global level and
view open tickets in all projects at once.

At the moment we do not have an estimate, there are quite a few big revisions coming up so it should be loaded on the next wave after that. It requires quite a bit of restructuring so it's a much more complex change than it appears. Of course we hope to get it pushed out there too you sooner than later.

I'd say http://lhstatus.com and http://twitter.com/lighthouseapp get the update first, followed by the blog the next morning usually.
