Updating Projects in Activity Viewer
I created a new Project then selected Get Updates. Now in the Activity Viewer it shows the Updating Projects without any status. When I press Get Updates again, I see activity for Milestones, Users, tickets however Updating Projects doesn't appear to be working.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I assume you are referring to Lighthouse Keeper?

Have you contacted Lighthouse Keeper about the issue? We don't make Lighthouse Keeper though, it's a 3rd party applications from Martin Pilkington.
