Issues uploading files against the tickets

Hello,

I am currently unable to upload any files as attachments to the tickets.
I'm able to open new tickets and update existing tickets, but text only.

I would've posted to this same problem started by Jose Beria, but did not find how to do that - on the same screen i saw that 'anyone can reply to this thread' and 'that discussions are closed to public' (even though i was logged in with my LH user).
