Access & Users
We are trying to add new users however it is saying we have too many users and need to delete some.
We do have many users who do no longer have access but there is no way to actually delete them, we can only remove all permissions.
How do I resolved this?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

That's how you do it, remove all permissions then it doesn't count against your user total.
