Overview very slow to update

Starting yesterday, the "Overview" page updates extremely slowly. Only many hours after a ticket is updated does it appear in the overview. This used to update almost immediately (seconds).

When tickets are updated frequently by users, this delay significantly slows down the pace of the conversation.

    Hi Jon, we have some other users posting a lot of content very rapidly with some sort of automated process. I've limited their account and fired up some new processes to clear the backlog and get timelines back up to date. Sorry about this and we're looking at why the rate limiting didn't kick in automatically.
