Priority defaults and selections
When creating a new ticket you select the appropriate priority but this does not transfer over when the ticket is created. Also the Priority 'Unknown' is not selectable when creating the ticket. What would be great would be if Unknown was the default priority for all new tickets (so that users will not always select high if they ignore the priority) but also able to select the priority when creating the tickets, rather than having to update this once the ticket is created.
