Delete Tickets and Attachments has stopped working
As from this morning, the ability to delete tickets and attachments seem to have stopped working. Hit a delete link and nothing happens. Also in the main menu bar, if you select the Ticket option, the drop down menu isn't displaying.

Ricky, I checked on our end and then hopped into your account real quick to double check and I couldn't find anything wrong. I was able to post, edit and delete all tickets as well as delete attachments in a normal manner.
Can you give me the URL of the exact tickets that will not let you delete them or contain attachments that did not delete?
Is this occurring for only you or all your users?
Also, can you list the browser/OS details?

Hi Will, thanks for the quick reply.
I'm using Mac OS 10.5.6 and Firefox 3.0.7 I just quit and relaunched Firefox and that seems to have solved the problem. It's working fine again now.
Sorry I should've tried that first.

It's no problem, I've actually noticed this with the most recent firefox build, it happens on twitter too, the javascript seems to not fully load at random.
Anyways, glad it's working...
