Integration from Cloudforge failing

We had integration from cloudforge working but it now seems to be failing -- not sure how long it hasnt worked.

When we submit something in cloudforge we do like this

"Details of change [t:1234]"

Normally this would update ticket 1234 in lighthouse.

I now get a message from Cloudforge which in part says

"Your commit to your repository (see below) was successful but we were unable
to notify your remote Lighthouse installation."
    
This is likely due to a mis-configuration. Please ask your CloudForge
administrator to sign into our admin site (see below) and review the
configuration."

I've checked what I can configure and its totally fine but nothing happens.

Any ideas?

    This would be something on Cloudforge's. Possibly they changed or upgraded code recently? I'll double check with the team that we've not deployed anything but troubleshooting this issue will need to include someone from the Cloudforge support system. If you can contact to explain your issue and then we can add them to this discussion if necessary that would be best next steps.

    I'm still talking to them - they don't think there is an issue despite it not working.

    With so many components in the chain I can't see I'll ever get it fixed right now .
