files attached by users are showing up as attached by me

I've noticed this happen at least twice - a user uploads a file, but it appears on the ticket as if it was uploaded by me. Apart from being confusing, it also seems to cause a notification email about a ticket update not to be sent (presumably because it won't send notifications about one's own posts), so I end up not realizing that the user has replied back.

   Do you know how this user is using Lighthouse? ie by email, the website or using an app or the API?

   Definitely not the API; I've posted a question to them on that ticket
   and hopefully they'll get back to us.
