emails for all watched tickets. But some new tickets as of March 20
were not emailed to me despite that by default I watch all tickets
as admin. Only once a ticket was assigned to me did I get an
email.</p>

tickets you are involved in, such as assigned or manually added to
the watch list. We're going to add that ability very soon, but

tickets had been assigned to me and not just that they had been
