Moving a Ticket across Projects
Hi-
I might be missing something obvious, but is there a way to move a ticket from one project to another? I'm specifically thinking about two use cases. The first is if a case is assigned to the wrong project. The second is if I want to create a project to hold "someday maybe" tickets that get later assigned to an active development project.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Nope, as of now you can't move tickets between projects. I don't see that functionality coming anytime soon either, not till after mass ticket editing is in place (if it is put in place).
If you have a specific ticket that needs to be moved, you can email [email blocked] and Rick can probably move it for you, but that's sort of a one case solution.
