Incorrect MIME type on HTML attachments
Hi, if I click on an HTML attachment on a ticket it is being sent to the browser with type text/plain, so the user sees the HTML source.
Please make it text/html so the browser interprets it properly.

We can't do that for security reasons, sorry. Someone could upload html with malicious javascript that has access to your lighthouse app cookie.
