state, milestone and responsible via the K/V syntax but they do not
seemed to be parsed at all. The line is included verbatim in the
ticket description.</p>
<p>This is what I'm specifying: <em>[state: open responsible: Joe
milestone: v5]</em></p>
<p>And this is specify on the last line of the email.</p>
