Unable to specify state and responsible when emailing ticket
I've tried submitting tickets via email where I specify the state, milestone and responsible via the K/V syntax but they do not seemed to be parsed at all. The line is included verbatim in the ticket description.
This is what I'm specifying: [state: open responsible: Joe milestone: v5]
And this is specify on the last line of the email.

Are you adding spaces after the keywords? Try this:
