Post-commit tagging doesn't work

Hey, Will suggested I mention my issue here... Most of the time, tagging doesn't work through my commit messages. The hooks are working fine - the changeset shows up in lighthouse and the commit message appears as a comment on the appropriate ticket, but it never tags the ticket...
