Unable to view attachments

Hi,

When trying to view ticket attachments we see an error:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

InternalError

We encountered an internal error. Please try again.

    Nicole,

    It started working again.

    I have seen this issue a few times over the past few months. The
    explanation typically is that there was a delay in running jobs which
    process the attachments.

    I wonder if there is a more permanent solution to the problem so that we
    stop running into it.

    Today's issue looked connected to transient issues on Amazon S3, so luckily it resolved quickly.
