<p>Lighthouse projects come with customizable Open and Closed
states. Within that you can name states whatever you'd like, so if
you want to have a "resolved" and "closed" state, you'd just need
to go to your project settings and add the "closed" state. See the

<p>It doesn't look like you're an admin on the project so you won't
be able to update but any admin on the account should be able to
make changes to the ticket states. It also looks as though closed
is already a state available for the project you have access to so
let me know if you're not seeing it and a link to a ticket where
you'd expect to see it.</p>
