Hi, we received reports of bugs on a website build and they where naturally market as 'open'. When we have fixed the bugs we could only mark them as 'resolved' as there where no other tag we could add. Now that the QA team is going through the site again we would like them to verify our fixes and 'close' them. This is a normal way of working which many similar softwares function.

Can you please clarify how we can close issues in Ligthouse?

Many thanks,

Linda

    Linda -

Lighthouse projects come with customizable Open and Closed states. Within that you can name states whatever you'd like, so if you want to have a "resolved" and "closed" state, you'd just need to go to your project settings and add the "closed" state. See the screenshot link - https://www.evernote.com/shard/s1/sh/fa41be7a-6a9b-49a4-b593-1689f3....

It doesn't look like you're an admin on the project so you won't be able to update but any admin on the account should be able to make changes to the ticket states. It also looks as though closed is already a state available for the project you have access to so let me know if you're not seeing it and a link to a ticket where you'd expect to see it.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
