Open tickets are no longer being displayed for one of our projects
Even though there are tickets with open states, they don't appear when I try to view a list of open tickets.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I found this problem this morning also. Change your query from "state:open" to "state:open!" with an exclamation point.

Apologies for the delayed response. We rolled out an unintended change to open states worked and then rolled it back immediately. Let us know if you are still experiencing issues. Thanks for your patience.
