Weird maintenance window timing!
I realize you have customers all over the world, but is 11am PST the best time to make a maintenance window? You have that many customers in Japan? (People in East Asia are just about the only ones safely outside business hours now).

No, it is not the best time to make a maintenance window, but it was a crucial fix which could not be delayed and the system was only offline for about 2 minutes. We apologize about the inconvenience but it could not be avoided at the time.

We were trying to use the system between 11.10 and 11.15 and just got the error message. On lhstatus it said the window started at 11am, so it seemed like longer. We have our daily status meeting at 11am PST, so I'm glad to hear it won't be a regular thing. :-)
