Problems upgrading plan

Hey guys,

I am having a problem upgrading our plan. We're on a free one now, want to move up to personal, but either it loops us back into a signup page (not an upgrade page), and when we do enter our info it says our domain's also taken (which it is -- by US! :) )

Could you look into this for us?

    You can upgrade through the payment area in the settings. But, only the account owner can manage the payment settings.

    Guys,

    We love Lighthouse but you must not love our payments very much - we've been trying to upgrade to the Bronze plan and still having same issues as when we were moving up from the Free to Personal plan.

    Help?

    Jae (BTW I am the account owner...)

    You're not trying to upgrade through the signup page, are you?

    "it says our domain’s also taken"

    That means it's trying to create an account. Since you have an account, you should be able to upgrade from the payments page.
