Updating a ticket with an attachment but no text, should show in the timeline
If a ticket is updated with an attachment but no text, it does not show up in the timeline as being updated.

Sorry for the extremely delayed response. We've currently got a ticket open for what updates a ticket timeline. I'll let you know when we roll out any changes. Thanks for your patience!
