Cannot attach images to a ticket today
Greetings,
Created a ticket and attached an image file. When user goes to the ticket and clicks on the image file, a message appears: The page at unprocessed/0264/5867/zoom_marquise.png was not found. I have created 2 other tickets and the result is the same.
Any ideas?

Hi Danielle,
We had an incoming email flood of misconfigured error messages from another customer that filled up our jobs queue this morning. We've booted additional hardware into the cluster in order to get all of the jobs caught up. Once the jobs are caught up your attachments should be properly processed for your tickets.
