Issue creating a new ticket via email
I am trying to create a ticket via email. I have tried the link given to me in my project, but it still hasnt worked!!

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Are you sending it from the right email address? I've seen 3 errors but they're not from an email address that's in Lighthouse.

ahh, that's the problem. I was sending from a different email address. thanks!!
