Each request takes 30+ seconds
what's up with the server? i'm trying to start a new account but every single http request is taking forever...

Not seeing anything in particular in the logs. Are you trying to access http://pasworks.lighthouseapp.com? Let us know and we'll take another look if the problem is persisting.
