and selected a plan then you'd be restricted to the limits of that
plan.

You're currently on the Free plan. Priority state is only
available on Bronze plan or higher. I've bumped your account to the
Bronze plan for the remainder of your trial. You'll be able to turn
on priorities for your account by going to "Settings &
Payments", clicking "Enable priorities" and then clicking "Save
Settings".

We offer priority sort within milestones, but you can only have
one priority style on your account. So either priority state, which
is applicable to all tickets across all projects, or priority sort,
which is available to all projects but limited to sorting within a
milestone.

milestones, we
only want to track bugs and be able to sort them by priority. How
could I
enable this to sort the bugs, but not have to put in
milestones...?

You can create your own <a href=

search queries. The sort options are listed at the bottom of
the page, but it sounds like
sort:priority
would be
what you're looking for.

always the
default display. Basically, I want to have members of our team be
able to
come to Lighthouse, and see the list of tickets. I want them to see
the
highest priority tickets by default.

Is this possible, or do people have to enter "sort:priority" in
the find
tickets search box every-time they go to Lighthouse to see it this
way?

Aaron Hodaritag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/162956002012-05-29T20:45:33Z2012-05-29T20:45:33ZIt is not clear where to set the priority key from the interface

Hi Nicole - I figured it out. Thank you.
