Watching tickets
Does the ability to add people to watch a ticket once it is created? I have a number of people interested in tickets, directly affected when a ticket has been completed however are not involved in the resolution of the ticket. For example I want to get Joe to watch a ticket and be alerted each time there is an update as I believe he will be directly interested in the resulting conversation within the ticket.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

The ability to add multiple watchers to a ticket is on the horizon, the code is finished we just have some UI tweaks left to do and then some testing. I don't have an ETA, but hopefully within the next two weeks.
For now, and it's a crummy workaround, you can manually assign the ticket to an additional user and they will be on the watch list.
