Not receiving any emails
It is not a SPAM issue. I just have not received any emails for creating or updating tickets even though I am watching the ticket. please help. I like this tool but i need this to work or my team will kill it.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

The email system clogged up twice in the last month, but has been repaired. I'll get Rick to check on it again, but I received 2 emails from users on tickets this morning, so I believe it is working. There is a delay of 10-30 minutes sometimes, most of the time it's processed within 5 minutes though.
You will not receive an email for your own actions on a ticket.
