In 'ticket' menu every user sees my (admin's) tickets. instead of their own?

Last option in the tickets menu is ''s tickets'. I would assume this should be 's tickets. However all my collegues also see my specific name there instead of their own name. This probably is not the way it's suppost to be?

   It lists them because they are shared ticket bins. If you'd like to change that:

   • click one of them.
   • click 'edit ticket bin' in the bottom blue bar
   • uncheck shared

   Note: only the creator of the ticket bin has access to remove the shared flag.

   Hi Rick, I assume you are refering to the ticket bin list on the right of the screen. However I am refering to the Tickets menu (and not the shared bins that are shown in there, but the bottom item in the menu). I see there 'Gyuri's tickets', that makes sense. However, all of my colleges also see 'Gyuri's tickets' as the bottom option in that menu. I assume that should say 'My tickets' or something (I have no clue why all my colleges would need 'Gyuri's tickets' in their menu....

   How is it support to be? To see 'your own tickets' or to see 'Gyuri's tickets'? Thanks!

   The way it is now. Perhaps we could re-evaluate our choices of default ticket bins, but those were put there on purpose.
