You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

In the right hand column/sidebar is where the ticket bins or saved searches are located...
Click your saved search...then look for "delete ticket bin" in the secondary navigation bar
There is a delay in the cache system, the kink should be worked out soon, so it might not appear to fully delete, showing up again in places and dissapearing in others. Give it 15-30 minutes and it should be gone though.

Kinda hidden.
See, my problem was I didn't notice it save since I saw nothing visible of the saved search (because that was my active view) so I saved the same one multiple times :S
