Error when submitting a resolution on a open ticket.
When I submitted a comment and changed the status of this ticket to "fixed" I received the attached error.

First time this has ever happend and I'm not sure why.

Hi Johnny,
We deployed a fix for all outstanding 500s and whitescreen errors, but the deploy went bad. We've just redeployed and everything looks good. Please provide a link to the page you're having issues with if problems persist for you. Truly sorry for this inconvenience.

I can access the ticket again although my last comment and change to the status was lost. I rewrote my comment and resubmitted the fixed ticket and all seems to be fine now.
