duplicate emails
I'm still getting duplicate emails (althoguh less of them lately)
heres an example of an email i got 3 times in a row:

* Title changed from "Re-import Firebrand data once all description
bugs are fixed" to "Re-import Firebrand data to fix descriptions"
After talking with William today, there are still a few things we'd
like to fix before reimporting - specifically tests to make sure
HTML is parsed out of descriptions.
William mentioned some Onix 3.0 stuff from Amazon that doesn't match with how the other publishers do HTML in Onix files, as well as a potential bug involving the relatedwork node, which also contains product identifiers, and sometimes causes books to be associated with their related works.
