Lighthouse slow, very slow, or broken for past ~6 hours
I'm sorry I don't have more concrete information, but our Lighthouse account has been slow, very slow, or broken for the past ~6 hours or so. By broken, I mean a (eg.) ticket page request would "load" without receiving any data for a very long time (30-60s) and finally return with an error message ("Sorry, you've stumbled on an error").
Any acknowledgment or further info would be appreciated.

we are very much aware and are working on it. (Looks like degraded EBS performance.)

Amazon updated our ticket that DB latency is resolved; the site appears back to normal. Let us know of any lingering issues you have.
