401 error when sending emails
I'm having a problem - I'm trying to send or forward emails to the email address on my Tickets page, but none of them are actually creating new tickets - I get a 401 error instead.
I've read the explanation why this is happening and it makes no sense to me -- can someone help?

The first item on the list is the most common cause: Is that email address a proper member of that account and project? Not just anyone can send email to Lighthouse, it has to be from a member of the project.

Ah, I didn't realize that the email address of the sender had to be a member.
Okay, I just tried forwarding an email to create a new ticket and I got back an email stating "Error processing your email to Lighthouse" with "invalid ticket".
Maybe it's just me, but the process of getting tickets into Lighthouse needs to be looked at - it shouldn't be this hard.

I just reply to the tickets that Lighthouse sends me. What are you doing exactly?
