Hi!

So I use the drag/drop way of prioritizing tickets in a milestone. But as soon as I updated a ticket with say a comment that ticktet jumps to the top of the list, ie, top priority.

How can I get around this?

What's the idea behind drag/drop ordering when that order is destroyed as soon as somebody comments a ticket.

Can you link to the milestone in question? What browser are you using? We're not able to reproduce at the moment so any information you can share with us about the steps, expected order, etc will help us troubleshoot.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    Hey!

    Thanks for the answer Nicole.

My bad, I can reproduce this either. Someone must have edited the order as we updated the tickets or something… Sorry.

No problem, glad it was as easy as that to sort out. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
