New user cannot create tickets
Hi there,
We have a team member in our Canadian office who is unable to create a ticket under his new account. The user ( Andrew Rayemaeker) is on Safari for Mac, Version 5.1 (7534.48.3). Here's the error message that he receives each time he attempts to create a new ticket (see attached).
Would someone be able to advise?

Just to help rule out the region, I had someone else from our Canadian office create a ticket and it went through just fine: https://contiki.lighthouseapp.com/projects/63776-gwt-requests/ticke.... Let me know if there’s anything you need from our end.

works fine from here logged in as the user ( https://contiki.lighthouseapp.com/projects/63776-gwt-requests/ticke... ) - can you have him try logging out and in again?
