Unable to Download documents
Hi Lighthouse, I´m having trouble to download documents from tickets.
This two messages are appearing to me:
The page at unprocessed/0141/4877/mindshare_smirnoff_grooveshark_.xlsx was not found
This attachment is currently being processed.
Can you please help me?

oops! Just realize that when I try to open the document from the link I can do it!

It kind of solve it, I prefer to download them directly from Lighthouse, if you can check why it is happening...better!!
