and one html. Outlook and other clients only show one, depending on
their capability. when i forward these to lighthouse as a ticket,
both views are added - so the content shows up twice.</p>
<p>Ideally I'd like to see just the html view, but either one would
be better than both.</p>
<p>Is there something you can do on your side to help with this? or
is there something i can do while generating the emails to fix it?
obviously i could strip all the formatting before forwarding, but
this is a hassle that i don't want to impose on my users.</p>

fix this issue. I'll see if a developer can confirm that it's
indeed the same issue though.</p></div>Will Duncan
