email tickets with HTML show duplicate content
I frequently receive emails with multiple views - one plain text and one html. Outlook and other clients only show one, depending on their capability. when i forward these to lighthouse as a ticket, both views are added - so the content shows up twice.
Ideally I'd like to see just the html view, but either one would be better than both.
Is there something you can do on your side to help with this? or is there something i can do while generating the emails to fix it? obviously i could strip all the formatting before forwarding, but this is a hassle that i don't want to impose on my users.

We have an update to our email processing due up which should fix this issue. I'll see if a developer can confirm that it's indeed the same issue though.
