how do I add "priority" to ticket bin list view?
I don't see where you edit the columns for a ticket bin list
view.
I want to see "priority" in the list view.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

You need to be on the Bronze level plan to have priority state (you can enable this in your account settings). Once you do that you'll be able to see the priority in the ticket overview.
