Ticket Email Notifications

When tickets are updated in our system I'm not always notified via email, even when I'm watching the ticket or have been assigned to the ticket. Occasionally, the email notification works, but it seems random. How is it intended to work and has anyone else been experiencing problems with this?

Depending on your personal notification set up, you should be getting notified when someone updates a ticket you've created, are responsible for or have chosen to "watch". Can you link to a ticket where you expected to get updates and didn't? We'll take a look and see what is happening.

    Thanks,

Another member of our team (Stephanie Pichan) has been experiencing the same issue. Thanks for your help!

I've reactivated your emails. For some reason, at some point, our mail server received a bounce when trying to deliver to your addresses and after two attempts it deactivates the email.

Everything should be fine now. Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
