Hi,
I am having good success in using tickets on lighthouse via email. The only problem I am facing is that the inline images do not appear as images when I send the ticket via email. The image appears just as markdown text ( e.g., [image xyz.jpg]. Are there features in development that will be able to display the images inline instead of the markdown text?
Regards,
Madan

No. We just attach the file and that's it.

I see that you already support inline image inclusion (http://help.lighthouseapp.com/kb/getting-started/how-do-i-format-text) and I wonder if it will be possible for your team to add that feature anytime in the near future? It can help us select lighthouseapp over other issue tracking systems. Thanks.

This is a critical feature for us in selecting Lighthouse.

:) we don't on principle add features for people who see the feature as a deal breaker or essential because it takes weeks to get something like this live and by the time it's ready, you've already moved on. And we already have other issues affecting existing customers that are taking priority. Hence my answer of simply, 'no'.
You can link to external images, and you can attach images via email. That's what we support.

Well, I guess that seals the deal for us. That's really an unfortunate attitude (I'm surprised based on the other things I've read about your company).
Too bad.
