Currently when im adding users to projects, it can only be used once (i.e the adding process only works once). The ultra amounts of JS loading etc seems to cause the browser to flip...asking you to reload. Anything you can do?

What browser are you user and can you detail the exact steps you are taking to get this behavior? Let us know and we'll continue to troubleshoot.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    This is using Chrome (latest).

    1. Open Lighthouse
    2. Go to admin
    3. Add a user to project
    4. Page loads/struggles and must be manually refreshed (see screengrab)
    5. If you attempt to add another user to a project the add user area fails to display.

The window must be closed and reopened to work correctly.

I mean the JS on the add users to projects screen was always horrific/slow, but since the weekend it's become too much for the most modern of browsers. Have you made any changes to this process recently?

Also why was this closed, before I had a chance to respond.

How many members do you have on your account?

A hell of a lot, too many to count. Is there any way to delete old members?

OK, that explains it. I'll take a look at modifying that list so that
    the page loads faster.

Not en masse, as far as I know.

    Can you/I do it individually?

Yes, ish. Lighthouse users are global, so you can't delete their
*lighthouse* user, but you can remove their access to your projects.

Yep cool, got that. Can't stop me having a massive list of users on that page though.

Correct. I'll take a look and see where it's dying.

Lighthouse is down now! Is this due to the trouble shooting? As your doing a massively shoddy job if so.

    Please get it back ASAP.

Hah, no, it's not. One of our caching servers went down so most
requests are timing out while the database struggles to catch up.
However, I've added a few more servers to the cloud and when they've
done booting it should be back up as per usual.
