Task importance
Is it possible to add an importance level to tasks? (ex. critical)

We call it 'priorities'. You can enable this on your account.

Settings and Payment - top left of the page (you may have to be the
account owner)
[ ] Enable priorities (checkbox)

Mmm not there, maybe only payed plans have that option.

Ah, yes. You have to be on a paid plan.

Got it. ;) Small suggestion, might be a good idea to place that info in the plan comparison table, if I knew I wouldn't have access to this option in a free plan would have subscribed to a paid plan immediately. :)
