Sort by milestone and priority
How do I sort by by milestone and priority? And how can priority be added to the main listing?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

The owner of the account has to enable priority state to the account. They can do this through the account settings.
Otherwise, priority sort is available within milestone views only. It will not be available on the complete ticket overview for a project.
