ewhen replying to lighthouse tickets, the email signature gets put into the comment now

This was working fine before, what happened?!

   Hi Michael,

   The way Lighthouse ingests email is that anything above the "// Add your reply above here" line gets put into the ticket.

   Many email clients automatically put the signature at the bottom of the email, and Lighthouse would ignore those, since they're below the line. Some put them at the top, and for some, you can insert the signature at any point.

   So it's not really a matter of anything working differently than before, just happens to be that that user put their signature above the "// Add your reply above here" line.

   Thats fine, but no one has changed our signatures, and this jsut
   started happening to in the last hour or two.

   Michael,

   There was a period for about six hours where we had a different mail
   parser working on Lighthouse, but we rolled it back because it was
   including text "below the line". It should be reverted to the old
   parser and be working just like you expect. If not, please let us
   know. (helpful if you can forward a copy of the message which failed).
